That’s why we handle all the IT, getting your camps online, creating your camp registration forms, and getting everything Google-ready so your customers can find you. Each camp season we send you lesson and activity plans and will even ship you a camp-in-a-van including all the materials you need to run your own camp! This allows you time to focus on running the best camp for your campers as possible.

If you want to be your own boss and have a good balance between your work and private life while gaining financial independence, if you are passionate about giving back to children and teens and helping them grow as learners and positive members of society, if you have a passion for the English language, experience with pedagogy (or partnered with an experienced educator), then KCA is right for you!
The minimum requirements for running a KCA Franchise are as follows:
– You have a minimum 3 years of experience in professional education, either as a teacher in a private or public school or a language academy
– 0r –
– You have a minimum of 3 summer camp seasons experience in an accredited summer camp.
– You have a teaching qualification, or CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent
– You have a growth-business mindset, excellent customer service skills and want to make a difference in kids’ lives.
If you have 3 camp seasons experience in summer camps you may join as a KCA Franchisee by obtaining one of the teaching qualifications above. This is to ensure that the educational objectives of our KCA camps are met to a high-quality standard
That’s ok, and that’s what we’re here for. Many of our Franchisees are running their first business with us. We offer in-depth training from the start including helping you with all the founding documents and paperwork. We then hold regular support meetings with you along the way and assist you in the development and running of your own KCA chain.
Ideally, you will speak the home language of your Franchise territory. If not, you will be partnered with someone who does, or hire offer staff to take phone calls and write emails in the home language. This is important for customer communication.
