Kids Day Camps: In the Kids Day Camps, children are grouped by age. In our largest camps, 5 to 6-year-olds are in the “Cubs” group, 7 to 8-year-olds in the “Pandas”, 9 to 10-year-olds in the “Bears”, and 11-year-olds in the “Grizzlies”. However, these groups and age ranges may vary depending on the size of the camp or the age structure of the participants in any given week.

In the Teen and Overnight Camps: Participants receive an online English test before arrival, which they complete beforehand. They are placed into levelled groups according to their results. In all camps, parents can also request that children be placed into a group together with their friends.

None! Our camps are suitable for all language levels – from absolute beginners to advanced children. Our native-speaking camp leaders adapt individually and ensure that every child feels comfortable quickly.

Yes! KCA is not an English school. It is modeled after an American/ English Day Camp and allows kids from all over the world — who love speaking English, miss speaking English, or just want to meet English speaking friends — to do just that. Our camp is active, instructional, safe, and most important — fun for everyone.

Supervision is provided by qualified, English-speaking native speakers from all over the world (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia). They playfully bring the children not only the language, but their culture as well. You can meet our team here: Our Team

Kids & Teen Day Camps: Regular times are from 09:00 to 17:00. At some of our larger locations, we also offer extended care, where children can be dropped off 1 hour earlier or picked up later.

Overnight Camps: Arrival is on Sunday at 16:00, and departure/pick-up takes place on Saturday at 09:30.

Kids Day Camps (Day Camps): These camps are aimed at younger children (approx. 5–11 years) and take place during the day without overnight stays. In the mornings, children can expect planned English lessons from our qualified teachers that are fun, active, and educational. Through the “learning by doing” approach, the English language is brought to life through a natural language immersion. In the afternoons, sports, games, arts, and outdoor activities provide plenty of fun – children spend their evenings at home in their familiar surroundings as usual.

Teen Day Camps (Day Camps): In our Teen Camp Morning English Lessons, teenagers learn a new grammar concept and vocabulary set every day. Specially designed for teenagers (approx. 12–16 years), these day camps offer an age-appropriate program with exciting projects, workshops, and team-building activities. The focus is on breaking down inhibitions, deepening conversational skills, and strengthening self-confidence in everyday English – also without overnight stays.

Overnight Camps: (approx. 8–16 years) These camps offer an intensive, multi-day all-around experience for children and teenagers with overnight stays and full board in shared accommodation. Alongside the full-day program, the varied evening program (such as campfire, night walks, or talent shows) creates a true camp feeling and quick, intensive speaking in an international community.

The price includes the complete program, 24/7 supervision, all materials, as well as meals depending on the camp type (mostly lunch/water for day camps, full board for overnight camps) and accommodation where applicable. Exact details can be found directly with the respective camp.

If cancelled up to 6 weeks before the start of camp, you will receive a full refund minus a €30 cancellation fee. After this 6-week period, the full payment is due unless insurance was purchased at the time of booking. You can find more information here.
